We purchased this house from a bank that had foreclosed on someone, allowing them to cross it off their list of properties that are "negatives" on their balance sheet. We rehabbed it into pristine shape and created an ensuite, and sold it to someone looking for a "down-sizing" type of home. We also made the neighbors super happy as we made a substantial improvement to the neighborhood!
